Today ClubRelax is called "ClubRelax Portal: Creators of Experiential Travel by Monny AB Travel" as it is part of the Semla Travel group.
This partnership has made it possible to develop the ClubRelax project at an international level.
Who was ClubRelax in the beginning?
It was born in 2006 as a project to guarantee tourists an innovative stay where they wanted to present a new tourism made up of people on the market, rediscover the territory by living moments of life and experiences that could leave a memory. Started as a project to be proposed to public institutions to promote smaller locations, it has moved on to a private phase.
To spread this new method of tourism promotion, a portal was created which took shape on 1 December 2007.
ClubRelax initially promoted only the "BEL PAESE" with the aim of being the first portal where you can find new itineraries, structures for relaxing stays, "minor" accommodations to live a unique experience. The first "ClubRelax Projects" that started were the inclusion of minor structures such as the Masi, the widespread hotels, villas and villages; flanked by territorial enhancement projects, ie stays where the traveler was given the opportunity to get to know the territory from an eno-gastronomic and cultural point of view.
Over time, ClubRelax wanted, from a simple online portal, to first create a call center to reduce the distance with the traveler and then from 1 November 2013 to open a home consultancy service on request. This is the evolution of the Portal: offering the convenience of choosing and viewing online the trip you want to make, supported by direct assistance with the call center and for tailor-made trips, assistance with one of our consultants also at your home (paid service if more than 40km away from the Montecatini Terme headquarters)! However, the most innovative part of the Portal was the choice to work directly with the structures, creating special packages that could be unique on the market by combining: QUALITY, PRICE, UNIQUE STAY AND AN EXPERIENCE TO LIVE.
