The city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and boasts a charming old town, with the Devil’s Bridge (Ponte del Diavolo) and narrow cobblestone streets including the noble remains of the Lombard Duchy.

Bike excursion to discover the Torre Park, departing from the E-motion Bike Area at Villa de Claricini (bike rental available).
The itinerary is dedicated to the lowland areas east of the villa. The route takes the bike path leading toward Udine, passing through Grions del Torre, the southernmost hamlet of the municipality of Povoletto. It crosses the Malina stream and then arrives in Povoletto, lying, to the north, on fertile hills and, to the south, among streams, to the gravel bed of the Torre River. Finally we arrive at Ronchis, whose place name apparently derives from a Friulian term "Ronc's": a sharp drop in the terrain often shaped like a bend, confirming the town's position on the banks of the Tagliamento River.
