Arrival in the morning, free time, and lunch at your choosing. In the afternoon you will have the meeting with the naturalist guide and a walk to discover the town while getting to know the stories, the traditions, and the legends characteristic of the place. Then, you will have the chance to visit the Murals, over fifty works by the master Marino Spadavecchia that are visible along the streets of Forni di Sopra. You will deal with works of a “painter storyteller” who used the brush and white walls of the houses as canvas. Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.

Breakfast and ascent with the chairlift Varmost (1750 meters). Walk to the mountain hut Varmst with a stop at the cheerful farm. Tasting of some typical local product (chance of purchase). Return by chairlift. Afternoon dedicated to sport activities at the Dolomiti Adventure Park, located along the bed of the river Tagliamento, equipped with the most modern and exclusive “natural” attractions or systems of passage in height between two trees through ropes, gangways, nets, rungs, and cableways. For those interested (optional) it is possible to do an alternative cycling tour with a mountain bike with a course to correctly approach a Mountain Bike. Breakfast and day dedicated to the Traditional Herbal Festival with the discovery of herbs and medicinal food plants. Rich entertainment program and experiences with the excursion in search of scents and colors of herbs and flowers, walking in the Nature in the company of the donkey Biagio and the Forest Bathing in the Friulian Dolomites, a sensory walk, where you can immerse yourself in nature and the woods using all your senses and relaxing body and mind, with the possibility of preparing cosmetic products based on plants in the woods. Music and food and wine stands with typical products created and cooked with local herbs.
