Description
Forni di Sopra is well-known for being the Alpine pearl of the Friulian Dolomites and it allows you to enjoy a breathtaking sunrise or sunset from the central square of the village. The north-east walls of the Friulian Dolomites, overlooking Forni di Sopra, are in fact the first to be illuminated by the morning sun. The moment when the first sun illuminates the Dolomites is an extraordinary gift of nature. This optical phenomenon is called in Italian as Enrosadira (known in English as Alpenglow), and it is repeated every sunrise and sunset in good weather. The light rock of the Dolomites takes on a spectacular color between pink and orange with different shades depending on the weather conditions.

Forni di Sopra- Nordic walking: exploring the beauties of the park

Arrival in the morning, time available and lunch at your choice. In the afternoon meeting with the guide and naturalistic excursion to discover the beauties of the park. During the excursion the Nordic Walking poles will be used, and other fitness exercises will be carried out.
Afterwards, return to the village and stop at the craft brewery Foglie d'Erba. This is famous for its beer made with the water of the Friulian Dolomites together with other special ingredients. The crystal-clear water, in fact, flows in the Giaf Valley, in a spring located at 1200 meters. A visit to the beer workshop and a tasting follows.
Dinner with menu from the name" The colors of Taste- The rose of the Friulian Dolomites" and overnight.

Breakfast in the hotel. Meeting with the guide and excursion up to mountain lodge of Giaf, crossing a panoramic path with a view on the Dolomites and on the high Tagliamento valley, having the chance to admire the biggest orchid of the Alps. Stop to have lunch at the mountain lodge. Go back in the afternoon to have a special aperitif with a view on the Dolomites colored in pink thanks to the sunset. Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.

Breakfast in the hotel. In the morning, meeting with the historic-naturalistic guide, walking tour towards the vegetable gardens and the gardens of Forni to admire the beautiful flowering balconies, colored in pink thanks to the morning light of the sun.
Lunch at your choosing. In the afternoon, at your choosing you will have the chance to do a workshop in an embroidery factory or sport fishing at the lakes. The equipment is included.
Dinner in the hotel, with an evening excursion accompanied by a guide to admire the pure starry sky.

Breakfast in the hotel. The whole morning will be consecrated to the Forest Bathing in the Friulian Dolomites, with a sensory walking, where you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature. You will get the chance to have different moment of relaxations in which you will use your sense organs while giving to your body and to your mind some time to unplug. Lunch at your choice, departure.
